Catching Fire
Battle: Los Angeles and S.W.A.T. actor Bruce Mitchell has reportedly been cast as Chaff, described as "the District 11 tribute who previously played in the 45th Hunger Games and returns for the 75th Anniversary 'celebration.'" [Coming Soon]
Ender's Game
Lionsgate has confirmed that the movie will premiere in IMAX theaters as part of its November 1, 2013 release. Studio CEO Jon Feltheimer is also thinking about this movie as the first of a franchise, albeit one with source material that could prove increasingly tricky to translate:
"There's a lot of books. We're excited about the franchise... it's a very different kind of franchise than 'The Hunger Games.'"

Oblivion
Tom Cruise and Tron Legacy director Joseph Kosinski's post-apocalyptic movie will be released in IMAX on April 12, 2013, a week before its general release on April 19. This announcement also included a slightly more detailed synopsis for the movie:
Tom Cruise stars in Oblivion, an original and groundbreaking cinematic event from the director of TRON: Legacy and the producer of Rise of the Planet of the Apes. On a spectacular future Earth that has evolved beyond recognition, one man's confrontation with the past will lead him on a journey of redemption and discovery as he battles to save mankind. Jack Harper (Cruise) is one of the last few drone repairmen stationed on Earth. Part of a massive operation to extract vital resources after decades of war with a terrifying threat known as the Scavs, Jack's mission is nearly complete. Living in and patrolling the breathtaking skies from thousands of feet above, his soaring existence is brought crashing down when he rescues a beautiful stranger from a downed spacecraft. Her arrival triggers a chain of events that forces him to question everything he knows and puts the fate of humanity in his hands.

World's End
The apocalyptic conclusion to Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, and Nick Frost's Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy — which also includes Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz — has added its first cast member beyond Pegg and Frost. Rosamund Pike, whose previous credits include An Education and Wrath of the Titans, will reportedly joined the cast in an as yet undisclosed role. [Daily Mail]
Kick-Ass 2
Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who plays the villainous Red Mist, discuss the sequel in general and reveals how it will acknowledge that Hit Girl actress Chloe Moretz has clearly aged significantly since the first film:
"They wrote an incredible script. I think she's going into 9th grade in this which is really smart. They didn't keep her 11 as she was in the first one. They kind of aged it up a bit. And it's super violent and bloody and funny and it's got a great cast. I'm really excited. I fly out to London in a week to get started."

Nikita costar Lyndsy Fonseca confirms she is back as Kick-Ass's girlfriend Katie in the sequel. She also discusses Chloe Moretz's role before delving into how she herself fits into all this:
"I read it. I think I read the latest draft — I don't think there's been a new one — and it was fantastic. It actually plays really well with how Chloe has grown up a little bit, but she's not yet a young woman. I loved it. I think it's really good...[Katie is] just in the beginning, so far. I'm just happy to be involved. She's still the strange Katie – somewhat girl next door but has strange, drug-addict boyfriends and works at the needle exchange. Very contradicting personality traits... It's still that weird!"

The X-Files 3
Star David Duchovny says the window to do a third movie isn't closing anytime soon — basically, he's only going to rule it out when someone indispensable to the franchise actually dies — and he very much wants another one to happen:
I would love to do another film, or more. I think we're all game for it. I know I'm kind of perplexed that Fox isn't more [enthusiastic]. Here's a homegrown property that you don't have to go buy, like fuckin' Green Lantern or something, to make it. Here you've got an actual action franchise that's your own. It's weird to me, but I'm not an executive. I don't know if they made the Green Lantern either, but I'm just using that as an example of, "Why make that film? Why not make a homegrown franchise that is excellent, and that has proven to be excellent and interesting?" I don't get it, but that's not my business. I think Chris [Carter] is probably working on an idea, so we'll see.
He also gives his take on why the last movie failed:
Unfortunately, with the last one, they didn't spend the money to compete in a summer fashion, and they brought it out in the summer. It should be a summer film. It should be an action film. But, the last one we made was not. The last one we made was a dark, contemplative, small $25 million film. It was basically an independent film. When you come out against Batman, it's not going to happen. You're not going to be sold as an independent film, and you're not going to compete against Batman with $25 million.

Breaking Dawn: Part 2
Here's an international trailer.
Arrow
Byron Mann, who appeared as both Commander Cheng and Kern on Smallville and can be seen in RZA's upcoming martial arts film The Man With The Iron Fists, has reportedly been cast in a recurring role on The CW's Green Arrow show as "an enigmatic man who has a complex connection to Oliver Queen/Arrow", which suggests Mann's character knows Oliver Queen both in and out of his superhero identity.
