Fair enough — I still have this vague memory that it was known she was coming back even before she popped up in PiC, but that may be incorrect.
My point, if I ever had one, is that Doctor Who generally struggles to keep really huge stuff secret. That's why I'm skeptical any other Doctors were at yesterday's read-through or indeed will play a significant role in the special, but hey, I could be wrong.
